Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns & Refunds

  • We take the utmost care while packing your order & our quality check & processing teams check & dispatch your order carefully. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order to casesafeteam@gmail.com. Our support team will resolve your issue with a replacement or store credit. 
  • Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • How to Initiate a Return

    Contact our customer support team at casesafeteam@gmail.com to request a return. Provide your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Exchange

  • At Casesafe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with our product, we offer a 2-day exchange policy on all products purchased from us
  • Exchange Request:

    • Exchange should be requested within 2 days of receiving the product.
    • Email us at casesafeteam@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.
  • Product Condition:

    • The product should be in intact condition, exactly as it was delivered to you.
    • The product should be unused.
    • All protective films on the product delivered to you should not be removed.
  • Documentation:

    • Order ID and Invoice should be available for reference.
  • Quality Check:

    • Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in the reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • Exchange Process:

    • A delivery charge of Rs.160 will be applicable to exchange the order.
    • We will pick up the order and deliver the requested product for exchange.

Note:

  • This exchange policy is not applicable to tempered glass (screen protector), cases including tempered glass (screen protector), camera lens protectors, and items sold in sales & offers.
  • The exchange is subject to the product passing our quality check during the reverse pickup process.
